Service Information Family will greet friends on Saturday, April 17, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at St. Monica Catholic Church, 5601 N. Santa Monica Blvd. (corner of N. Santa Monica Blvd and E. Silver Spring Drive) Whitefish Bay, followed by the celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private for the family.

Newspaper Notice Entered Eternal Life on April 8, 2010 at the age of 80. Resident of Fox Point formerly of Whitefish Bay. Beloved wife of 56 years and best friend of William E. Wise. Loving mother and proud grandmother of William, Jr. (Rebecca) of Columbus, OH, children Amelia, Hart and Grayson; Thomas (Kathi) of Odessa, FL, sons Mathew and Kevin; Jody of Chicago, IL, her daughter Emma; John (Julie) of Winston-Salem, NC, children Caroline and Matthew; Barbra Grayson (David) of Alpharetta, GA, sons Will, Sam and John; Mary Ann Tuggle (Jon) of Alpharetta, GA, daughters Anna and Katherine.
Bette was a graduate of Michigan State University and Cardinal Stritch College. She taught and inspired hundreds of children at St. Monica School and the Whitefish Bay School’s. Bette enjoyed spending time on her beloved Island in Canada, sewing, gardening, volunteering, tennis, painting, needle point and was always up for a good round of golf. But above all, Bette enjoyed spending time with her family, they were the twinkle in her eye. Bette will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
The family would like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to Seven Oaks and their staff, especially Michele, Scott, Tonyia, Katrina, and their health aides, Fred, Foxy et al. Also to Horizon Hospice for their care and compassion, especially Annaleisa, Sylvia, Shirley and Charlotte.
