Family will greet friends on Friday, April 23, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at St. Robert Catholic Church, corner of East Capitol Drive and North Farwell Avenue, Shorewood, followed by the celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Entered into Eternal Life on April 16, 2010 at the age of 74. Beloved son of the late Lourdes and Evelyn (nee Butler) McCarty. Loving brother of the late Rosemary Nimtz. Dear uncle of Catherine (Steve) Cairns, Eileen (Paul) Nejedlo and James (Dawn) Nimtz. Brother-in-law of Donald (Lillian Peters) Nimtz. Further survived by cousins and good friends. Jerome had been an independent computer consultant for many years. He enjoyed travelling and was always up for reading a good book. Jerome will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.
