Family will greet friends on Friday, July 2, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 2700 West Mequon Rd., followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.

Entered into Eternal Life on June 27, 2010, at the age of 79. Resident of Mequon. Beloved wife for 43 years of Harold Polacheck. Loving mother of Kathy (Jamie) Haase and Bill (Annemarie) Scobey-Polacheck. Proud grandmother of Alex Haase and Jacob, Liam, Teenasia and Jamie Scobey-Polacheck. Sister-in-law of Polly Horky, Jim (Arlene) Polacheck and the late Neal Polacheck. Further survived by other relatives and dear friends. Nancy had a passion for French language and culture and shared this joy with her students at Marquette University, University School of Milwaukee and Berlitz Language Center. She was a long-time member of Lumen Christi Parish. Whether it was a Repertory Theater play or an MSO Pops concert, Nancy loved spending a night on the town with Harry. A loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Nancy will be deeply missed by her family and all whose lives she touched. The family would like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to the staff of Heartland Hospice, Luther Manor and The Lighthouse of Mequon for the care given to Nancy.
