Service Information
Visitation will take place on Saturday, July 31, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Fox Point Evangelical Lutheran Church, 7510 N. Santa Monica Blvd., Fox Point, followed by a service honoring Olive’s life at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery.

Entered into Eternal Life on July 23, 2010 at the age of 90. Longtime resident of Bayside. Beloved wife for 51 years of the late Edwin Gustave Giese. Loving mother of Carole (Ronald) Pressley, Kathleen (Donald) Giese Skoller, Gregory (Laura) Giese, Lori Beth (Joe) Giese, Douglas (Barbara) Giese, and Heidi Jonquil (Gregory) Kessler. Proud grandma of Eric, Meredith and Jonathan Pressley; Jeffrey, Larry, and Matthew Skoller; Ashton and Aaron Giese; Brandon Cannon; Zachary and Nathaniel Kessler; great grandmother of Rowen, Monet, London, Tavian and Elias; Julia and Brandi; Damaria and Braedon. Sister of Jackie (the late Robert) Ristow and Evelyn (the late Maxie) Williams. Further survived by her special friend Milton Spoor, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Olive enjoyed spending time as a Docent at the Milwaukee Art Museum. She had a true love for dancing, and was a published writer and poet. Olive was very involved for many years at Fox Point Lutheran Church serving in many different capacities. Her true love in life was her family, she was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and all whose lives she touched.
